Reconnecting With Creativity: Showing Love to The Fifth Floor

It was a real pleasure to check out some of the pieces from The Fifth Floor. What made the experience even more special was realizing that we actually went to school together. Seeing a former classmate after more than 20 years was already a moment in itself, but seeing that he has kept his creative spirit alive made it even better.

There is something powerful about watching people continue to build, create, and represent where they come from. The Fifth Floor is doing exactly that by creatively representing Pittsburg, California through fashion and design. Their work showed not only originality, but also dedication. From the quality of the designs to the solid stock of shirts they had available, it was clear that this is something they take seriously. You can tell a lot of time, effort, and investment has gone into building their brand.

One of the designs that stood out to me most was the cartoon character in the ski mask. That piece had a lot of personality and humor to it, and it definitely caught my attention. It is always good to see creative work that feels unique, memorable, and true to the artist’s style.

Overall, it was great to reconnect, support a familiar face, and see someone still pushing their creativity forward after all these years.
