Incredible Burger Busted: Rodents, Rot, and a Failing Score 🤮

In one of the most jaw-dropping episodes of Restaurant Audits, food safety inspector JT Young pays a visit to Incredible Burger—and what he finds is far from incredible. With a hidden camera in hand and a mission to protect public health, JT walks into the kitchen and uncovers a list of violations that would make any diner lose their appetite.

Here’s what was caught on camera:

  • Rodent droppings near food prep stations

  • Food left at unsafe temperatures

  • Mold and rot in storage areas

  • Filthy kitchen equipment and unwashed surfaces

  • No soap or paper towels at handwashing sinks

  • Employees handling food without gloves or hairnets

Despite the overwhelming evidence, the restaurant’s owner resists JT’s efforts to address the issues. Instead of cooperating, the owner gets defensive—arguing with JT and pushing back against the health code corrections.

JT doesn’t back down. He walks the staff through food safety basics and stresses the importance of sanitation, but the resistance he faces raises a serious question:Can this place be saved—or should it be shut down?

Restaurant Audits doesn’t just spotlight dirty kitchens—it shines a light on the standards all restaurants are expected to uphold. JT Young’s goal is to protect the community, prevent foodborne illnesses, and push for change where it’s needed most.

Would you eat at Incredible Burger after this?
