THEY DONT INCLUDE

1. Average hours worked

2. Overtime worked

3. Pay of job selection

4. Attempts to promote

5. Sick time used

If you included the above then women actually earn 99¢ for every $1 a man earns

The pay Gap has been debunked every 3 - 5 years but bad or unintelligent politician as well as liberal authors KEEP PERPETUATING LIES!

Asian American women out earn white men. For every $1 that a white man makes an Asian woman makes a $1.03

The gender pay Gap does exist to a degree but if we were to remove the top 10% earning man women may actually be out earning Men by a high margin?

Of that 5.9 trillion women spend 4.3 trillion.

That means women account for 78% and men 32% of consumer spending
